Dr. Caitlin Toso was born in Kansas City, KS and obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri Kansas City. She went on to graduate with honors from Indiana University School of Optometry as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society.

Dr. Toso has a special interest in ocular disease management including glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eye. She has also been intimately involved in pre-and post-operative care of cataract surgery and refractive surgery. Dr. Toso is registered as an InfantSEE® provider who offer no-cost eye assessments for infants ages 6-12 months of age. Her passion is providing the best eyecare possible to every member of your family.

Dr. Toso and her husband, Justin, are graduates of Emporia High and moved back to Emporia in the summer of 2021. They have twins (Oliver and Ava) and three dogs! In her spare time, Dr. Toso enjoys spending time with family, cooking, gardening, and lake days.
