Our old camera allowed Dr. Toso to view around 30% of the retina without dilating your eyes.
Our newest addition to our office the Optomap Ultra-widefield device offers the chance to view over 80% of the retina without dilation. This is a HUGE improvement in early screening and diagnoses of conditions like retinal detachments, degenerations, and diabetic retinopathy. The difference is shown below:
